NO RETURN AND NO REFUND POLICY


All sales are final.


We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to these terms.


Please review your order carefully before submitting payment. This includes product selection, sizing, color, quantity, and shipping information. We are not responsible for customer errors made during checkout.


We do not offer refunds for the following:


• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selected by customer

• Shipping delays caused by the carrier

• Refusal of delivery

• Incorrect address entered at checkout


If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.


Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photo evidence of the issue, including the product and packaging.


If we determine that the item is defective due to a manufacturing error, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement. Refunds are not guaranteed.


Chargebacks and Payment Disputes


By purchasing from our store, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to attempt to resolve the issue. Filing a fraudulent chargeback will be considered theft of services and may result in account suspension and submission of evidence to the payment processor.
